I currently work in a community supervision role with my DOC. I manage a high caseload of SXOs but I’m just getting burnt out at this point and started applying with local PDs for the higher pay. My question is would it look bad on me if I cite that as the reason for leaving my job to get on with PD? I feel that I have a high stress tolerance but I’m starting to realize case management is not for me. Thoughts from anyone here that came from a similar situation?
