Igaming provider doesn't understand blackjack payouts or am I stupid?
I've played tons of blackjack online in my life and this is a new one for me.
Basically there is a provider with typical blackjack rules including Insurance(50% stake, 2:1 payout), where for some reason you end up losing money after taking a succesful insurance.
My example: Bet 200, take insurance for 100. I end up this hand with -100 as the insurance pays only 200(including my stake, so 1:1 payout).
I wrote to casino support, they said it's working as intended(but tbh can't expect much from a customer support agent).
I told them to write to the provider coz like on every single other provider you end up breaking even after succesful insurance and so they did write to them.
Today I got reply from casino that they consulted with the provider and they confirmed the payout is correct.
Now like wtf is going? I am missing something there?
