How do I, 24M tell my girlfriend, 23F, that I'm gay?

Okay, so I know this is odd, but I got with my girlfriend around a year ago, before I transitioned (ftm), and I thought I mostly liked women with a few male exceptions. Now that I've been thinking of my identity, I realized that I don't feel romantic attraction at all for my girlfriend. I love her, just as a friend. Not a partner, just... friends. How the hell can I tell the person who said that she's in love with me 5 minutes ago that I don't feel attracted to women? My hands are shaking as I post this. Please give me advice about how to break the news. We are not living together and we're online dating. I've been having panic attacks all day because of this. Just give me advice before I decompose, melt, or blow up.

TLDR, I just need help telling my girlfriend that I like men, rather than women.
