Please help, I've tried plugging the laptop into different outlets and extension cords. I've tested my phone and other electronics in these power sources and they charge or run just fine.

I've used 2 different power adapters and they don't charge my laptop but do charge my phone fast.

I ran a battery check and it is at 301 cycles.

What could possibly cause this? How do I fix it?
