ipad air 5th gen - ipadOS 26+, external monitor
Hello ipad reddit community,
as I'm shopping for my girlfriends gift I decided to turn to you for advice.
She is a student and uses ipad air 5th gen to take notes at college. She recently mentioned that she is considering buying a laptop because she would like to work with an external monitor when she is at home.
I want to save her the headache of having college related files spread across 2 devices, and buy her a hub which would allow her to have an external monitor connected, along with mouse and a keyboard.
I need to know for sure that this will work, compatibility is usually listed only for ipad pro.
Examples of hubs I'm considering:
TLDR: I want to buy a hub which connect an external monitor to ipad air 5th gen. If you have a setup like that please confirm that it works.
