just wanted to share I’ve tried it now with 4 different bags of Colombian washed coffee and all 4 have come out spectacular and very pour over-like but a tad bit stronger which is a nice touch. Would some others be interested in comparing it to their pour over brews to see if it’s a universal thing across more coffees? My grind size was just a tiny bit finer than pour over grind but it’s very close. (83% the size of pour over size) 2.0.0 on X-Ultra vs 2.4.0 for pour over.
