Fresh from college teacher wanting to migrate.

My brother recently graduated from college and then mag-ttake ng LET soon after. I am currently based in Australia and encouraged him na dito mag-hanap ng work. However, when I researched about it, SV talaga most pathway.

Ano po kaya yung magandang game plan for this. We're also trying to go for teaching in Japan, but challenging lang na mag-study ulit ng Nihongo.

May mga english teachers po ba na successful yung pag transition to other countries?

I noticed in my local area that aged care facilities are constantly hiring workers but don't hire permanent part-time or full-time, most of them are looking for casual employees who would probably last for a month or two because the hours aren't just enough.

Isn't it more hurtful for the business? Hiring process/Induction/Trainings cost time and money too.

I understand every store is different. I always see people posting about their local Kmarts having a clearance section. I live in a pretty big town in NSW, however ... I don't see Clearance or on sale items that much 😭 I also tried browsing online, but some items are click and collect only and it's frustrating if it's not available in my local kmart. Helpppp
