I can access the NAT website because I'm blocked by cloudflare, can anyone guide me what to do?? deadline is coming up too :((

so basically the website doesn't work for me?? like i literally can't open it at all and like deadline is coming near. pls help :((

it's blocked because of cloudflare. i managed to find their email but i only got automated response. any idea what i should do??
