Specification :
- deep groove ball bearing for a double bearing style mount a 6301
- GT2 Belt (10mm width, 2mm pitch)
- 5-to-1 ratio (16T Drive / 80T Driven)
- from specification max should be 6000rpm no load so with reduction should be around 1200 rpm less
- i made the As 57.80mm
problems :
I'm having problems with how much it vibrates / shake. i feel like i'm having the problem of not knowing or having no knowledge at all on how to fix the problem... everything is indeed 3d printer in PLA. Can anyone please help me on what i can try doing ? i only need the plate to be 9-10 mm in diameter do i need thrusting bearing at all? the use case i have right now is only for sanding down my resin project (dice, coin, just flat part)
