I pre ordered book 8 from Amazon. While eagerly waiting, I reread The Pineapple Cabaret from books 1-7.

Fast forward to 5:15 this evening. Amazon finally shows up with the book, but also our subscribe and save items in the same box. I open the box to an overly fresh aroma. Turns out they shipped our laundry detergent in the same order and it leaked all over the book.

I WILL KILL YOUR MOTHER BEZOS!

Still readable, but maybe not socially acceptable to read in public with the hardback cover subtitle…
