My experience with VIM + VIGOR was a mess. Even during the cancellation process, I was still dealing with charges and pressure to pay, plus billing confusion through ABC Financial Services. I even made an in-person payment and wasn’t given a receipt.

Read the contract carefully and document everything, because canceling was far harder than it should have been. I would not join again, and would never recommend this gym to family or friends.
