I’ve come to a weight loss stall

Hey, I’m about 11 months postpartum. I told myself I wasn’t going to start actively dieting or exercising to lose weight until I finished feeding my baby. I’m now down to only two pumps a day so I decided to start getting back into exercise. I worked out pretty regularly before becoming a mom, however, the year before I got pregnant, I had dealt with some personal life issues and wasn’t in ideal shape. I gave birth at 250 pounds and then after about six weeks started losing weight pretty regularly until I got down to 197 pounds. I’ve always gone on walks and at least the last 10 months I’ve pretty regularly hit 10K steps a day. My diet is something I’m working on, I’m consuming roughly 1800 cal a day. I do feel better and invisibly See a difference in my stomach however, the scale has not moved. I do try to be very careful when it comes to dieting and calorie counting as I did have an eating disorder for a very long time until about sophomore year in college, which would be roughly 6 years ago. Any advice is helpful. I feel like I’m going into this with a completely new body and I’m trying not to get discouraged.
