In case you missed it, a new peer-reviewed study looked at how cooking temperature affects dog food - and found that higher-heat cooking creates more AGEs (compounds linked to inflammation and age-related diseases).

This matters more for dogs than humans, since most dogs eat the same food every day, so exposure can build up over time.

Our meals are gently cooked at 90°C and stored in the fridge, which the study found results in far fewer AGEs compared to typical dog foods.
