Ulta finally gave me my points back from Diamond Day!!!! 🤗
I had given up until I saw someone write about threatening the BBB. So I did just that in my AI worded email 😂 and it worked!!! I can't believe it actually worked. I have contacted them so many times since it happened and I kept getting the same generic response. Our IT team is trying to fix the problem blah blah blah. We will let you know when it's fixed. Thank you for your patience
