Collapsed arches
Hi everyone, my arches collapsed after an injury where both ankles twisted. What exercises did you do to help you build your arches back? I’ve been doing calf raises and single leg raises. My mri shows posterior tibial tenosynovitis and deltoid ligament strain for both ankles. The pain is bad enough to prevent me from being on my feet for more than a few minutes. This has affected my gait, knees, and hips. Thank you for your help.
edit: I forgot to mention my feet pronate now.
