I did my SMU SOA interview mid Apr and have not heard anything since.

Also saw a few post of mobs having interviews early apr- mid apr having dead silence as well.

I checked around the 2026 admissions google form and from what I can tell, there haven’t really been any new updates or offers since April (though I might be missing something, since the sample size online is pretty small).

I saw SOA intake is only around 200+ per year, so I’m not sure if the silence usually just means they’re still processing in batches, or if it’s more likely that most offers are already out at this point. Perhaps they r still processing offers but holy shit i’m SOOO damm impatient but oh ya js a rant lor, anyone else feel the same or nah.

holy shit man , tmr is the last working day of the week and for this entire week i was js eyeballing my email for an offer. I GOT NO offers yet. it’s been close to a month since my smu interview and i js did my ntu interview a week ish ago too 😭😭 nus silent too. all courses applied r biz + acc.

seeing all the a lvl kids getting mass offers from nus also kinda made me envious, but nothing much to worry since i didn’t apply for the CHS courses that mass dropped offers.

first window closes soon and i can’t help but feel defeated 🫩. For ref i came from a biz diploma with a high 3.6 grad gpa. If yall resonate with me then felt. cause i feel yall too

However, the email subject line shows:
“Holding Band Poly & A Levels opportunity has been received.”

Does anyone know what this “holding band” means? Thanks 🙏🏻

Hi everyone, just wanted to ask something.

I noticed that NTU Business and Accountancy are listed as two separate choices under apps and in the NTU website, but Accountancy is also under NBS, so I’m a bit confused how that works.

Why are they treated separately if both are under the same school?

Also, if someone wants to study Accountancy but gets Business instead, is there a way to choose later on or switch within NBS?
