I recently came across the role of a US trainee recruiter and I am trying to understand what the day to day work really looks like
from what I see it involves working on US based hiring like sourcing candidates calling and coordinating interviews but I am not sure how deep it goes
how much of the job is cold calling vs actual recruiting
what kind of skills are most important to succeed in this role
how stressful is it with time zones and targets
and is this a good long term career path or just an entry level stepping stone
would love to hear from anyone who has worked in this role or is currently doing it
