Heya everyone, I'm F22 5'9 250lbs and I've been trying to shed weight for years. I used to do martial arts for around 11 years, I quit at 19 and have been struggling to stick to a workout routine or any routine at all since.
I feel extremely weak most of the time and it makes me depressed since I don't have any strength like before as I got to this weight in the last year.
Unfortunately the only moment I lost significant weight was after a traumatic breakup where I barely ate anything for like a month and I was at 190lbs. But ever since then I got into a new relationship and luckily it's a healthy one but unluckily I gained a lot of weight because of it.
I only have 2 meals a day, I try to hydrate as much as possible and I try to walk a lot every day if not I definitely cycle as a means of transport but I still fear I'm not doing enough.
Can anyone recommend what I should try to make myself stick to a workout routine? And maybe I should try some weight loss supplements?
