Please help to recover my meta business account used for whatsapp messaging which is currently suspended
STIE is restricted due to violations

The app STIE is in violation of Meta's Platform Terms or Developer Policies and has been restricted, as described below.
Platform Term 7.e.i.3: You have created or maintained App(s) to circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, our enforcement actions (an attempt to circumvent could include creating or maintaining App(s) to bypass any restrictions or enforcement we've placed on your other App(s) or account due to a violation of our terms and policies).
Some examples of violations include, but are not limited to, the following:
Apps that you have created, managed or submitted for review:
- Have been repeatedly enforced for policy violations
- Have attempted to circumvent our enforcement actions

It is mentioned Disallowed use of apps. We have not used any apps which are disallowed. Please provide details which apps are disallowed that we have used.
I namely Khalid Yaqoob Bazaz having mobile number as +919906896338 and email as khalid@stie.com.sg have deleted the apps for advertisements and non use apps. I will not create these apps and others which were non use again. I am also attaching the documents of our Company Registration for proof of verification as our account is also already verified and approved from Meta Authorities.
We request you to kindly restore our Developer account which is currently suspended.

I think you can't do whatsapp onboarding if your BM is registered in different country.

Thank you for your valuable reply to my problem. Do you mean that my mobile number is from India that is why. As my email id is only from Singapore. And I am representing STIE Pte. Ltd. but working remotely from India. How can I register in same country. Please help me. Thanks for your kindness replying to solve my problem.
