I’m a licensed Radiology and Imaging professional trained in Mexico, and I’m currently enrolled in a Radiography Bridge program at Pima Medical Institute.
My education in Mexico included training in ultrasound, CT, MRI, mammography, bone densitometry, dental radiology, and other related areas.
I wanted to ask how favorable this field is in the United States, specifically in Arizona. What kind of benefits do you see or experience working in this field?
I’m also interested in learning more about growth opportunities, such as advancing into CT or MRI, and how accessible those paths are.
Additionally, I’d like to ask about clinical rotations—how competitive or difficult is it to secure a clinical site for the required hours (around 13 weeks)? Any insight or personal experience would be really helpful.
