Hi everyone. I (17M) gave NEET this year. This was my first attempt, and I literally gave it with ZERO prep. I still am getting around 420. I'm very confident that i will be able to clear it next year if I take a drop, but im not very sure that I want to continue in the medical field. The pay is abysmal, and the work hours are hellish. I don't have an issue with long work hours, but if I am going to work for those many hours, I might as well get paid =good money for it. I dont have an incredible passion for medicine, and i understand that to survive in this field, that is a prerequisite. Ive kinda always wanted to study economics, but there aren't that many colleges that would allow someone who hasnt studied math in +2 to take admission. My math is pretty strong, my calculus and algebra is excellent, since ive studied them for physics. Im very comfortable with learning a few more math tools for economics and I wouldnt find them very difficult. Now the question is which colleges even allow students who didnt have maths in +2 to be able to get admission. Also, im pretty im going to have to take a gap year because deadlines for admission to almost ALL colleges have passed. Would appreciate any and all help. Tysm. (myquals)
