I have recently got a new clutch installed on my Octavia

As of this moment the new clutch has not driven even 300 miles I am currently on 296.5 to be precise

The new clutch seemed fine and was perfect until today when on the way home from work on a motor way I accelerated and suddenly I could hear a sort of grinding noise in the engine bay ? And when changing gears I can hear a grinding noise ?

I hope the noise in the engine bay is just a loose panel or something as I have just paid over £700 to get a new clutch and don’t really want to be forking out anymore money
