1955 double scroll M3 passed down to me, sat for an eternity (maybe 40+ years).

I really want to shoot with it; however, there seems to be a problem in the shot speed selection. If you see the video, at least at lower speeds, the curtain gets stuck open and requires being pushed to a faster speed to unstick. When set to B, it has no such problems. I haven't seen any problems like this online before, or at least I'm not looking in the right place.
