When i try to preorder fitbit air, I am redirected to the home page of google store. I changed the region to US and its available there.

Is there a reason its not available in specific countries. Also is this a pattern that google devices are launched to some specific countries first and then to others

I am looking forward to get whoop if it will take a long time for fitbit air to be lauched here. I read it somewhere the BIS certifications and some regulations delay the launch here in india. Is this true?
