so as a micronation leader, i want to have a cape (capes are great) and a friend offered to make one, she's experienced, if i give her a pattern and material, i need a pattern, something that kinda feels like it has authority, and goes down to about mid-calf, also lowkey material is gonna make me poor so i need a free pattern, that will work with a material thats not wool, so i can wear it year round, i am male
