i had no idea what i was doing.

never built a SaaS before. never done marketing. never set up payments. never wrote a privacy policy.

a friend who works as a property agent told me he spends almost an hour writing every listing description. every single one. that felt wrong. so i just started building.

week 1:

- built the product (AI listing generator)

- bought a domain

- set up auth with Supabase

- wired up payments with DodoPayments

- deployed on Vercel

- wrote zero marketing copy

then realised nobody knew it existed.

current status: live at propscribe.one, a handful of signups, zero paying customers.

what i learned so far:

- building is the easy part

- distribution is the actual job

- nobody cares about your tech stack

- the first 10 users are the hardest

if you're a real estate agent anywhere outside the US. This was built for you.

what's the hardest part of getting your first 10 users?
