I’m about to go on a trip and I want to buy a pair of onclouds. It’s going to be a lot of city walking with a day of hiking and I’m looking for one pair to do it all. I’ve narrowed it down to these but I’m a little unsure on how the differences actually translate to comfortability.

Also having trouble deciding which one I like the look of more. Would love some opinions

Hi everyone. I’m really struggling right now. I’m a 30 yo male, 6 ft, 245, and I can’t seem to lose weight.

I’ve been trying for a while to lose some weight but this last month I really went for it. Gym 6 days a week, 2 days weight lifting, 2 days full body bootcamp style classes, 2 days running about 7 miles.

I log everything I eat. About 2000 calories a day, 200 grams of protein. Lots of chicken, tuna, veggies, Whole Foods, etc. i measure out everything. I don’t mindlessly eat. I don’t say that in a delusional way either. I really don’t snack or grab a chip “here and there.” I haven’t eaten out in a month, no alcohol, no cheat days.

I’ve been extremely strict. I also haven’t weighed myself in that month because I didn’t want to psych myself out if I saw low loss numbers.

So imagine my shock this morning when I get on the scale after a month and the scale didn’t move at all. I’m deeply upset and feel discouraged.

I know that some will read this and think that I’m wrong and I must be eating way more than I think I am or something. But let’s say that I’m not wrong and everything I said in here is accurate. What could be wrong with me to cause no change despite a huge lifestyle change?
