Your Role:
• Lead and support a remote team of chatters
• Hit team goals (sales, speed, engagement)
• Coach, guide, and make sure everyone’s performing at their best
• Keep daily operations smooth and organized
What We’re After:
• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• Strong leadership or team management experience
• Reliable, proactive, and results-driven
• Must have experience in OnlyFans or chat roles
