Elder Millennial that still hasn’t bought a home… currently renting (and grew up) in Middletown area. Just completely over losing home after home in Middletown after we bid +$80K more than asking to someone from Brooklyn. What’s everyone’s take on buying in Howell? Freehold is as far as I frequent in that neck of the woods. Housing market doesn’t seem nearly as crazy… Are we in for a shock? Schools? QOL? Thanks in advance
