I'm hosting my labmates in a couple weeks and I'd like to have some sweets available for them after dinner! I'll have some fresh fruits like mango and strawberry cut but I was thinking I should bake something to have ready in case people have a sweet tooth! I have a 5x11 cake pan and some large flat cookie trays, but I can borrow a muffin tin if I need to. Does anyone have any recommendations? I hate feeding people and having them go "oh i guess this is good for a vegan _____" but I also don't have a whole lot of time to make it perfect.
Maybe some cookies or bars? Thanks in advance!

I recently moved from the west coast to the east coast, and they don't sell toby's dip here. It was a staple for me since it was so high in protein and delicious to eat with just a few slices of sourdough bread. I've tried to replicate it since then but have not figured out the right ratio or recipe. Anyone have success in this area or have another tofu dip that you like? I would typically reach for this right before the gym when I just need a quick filling yet light snack. Thanks in advance!
