Any​ K-pop fan can help? In January I bought a zerose necklace ver. 2 from Mnet Plus Merch Korea (the Korean website, not the app), but after 3 months it still hasn’t arrived. I don’t know if that’s normal or if I got scammed 😭 Now I went back to the website and, besides the design being very different, I saw they no longer sell that product in the ZB1 section. I honestly don’t know what to do, so if anyone is kind enough, could you please guide me on what I can do? 🥹🙏 (I live in the U.S.)
