Stomach pain or more like cramps

Hey everyone, 2 weeks post op here.

Ive been eating little bit meals trying to focus on low fat diet since thats what my surgeon told me and i have to continue it for 2 months.

However, i read a lot that some people have been eating normally after surgery and some are having difficulties.

Also read somewhere that i need to introduce some food so my tummy can get used to it. Today i tried eating Vietnamese rolls, remove all the pork so all is left are the vegetables, rice noodles and shrimp, ate papaya and also some banana. I was fine for like 3 hours then after that, i feel like im having stomach pain or like im having cramps(the area is around my belly button, its not my incision because i can move around just fine)the pain is bearable for me and im a bit overthinking not sure if because i got too full or theres really something wrong with me?? because honestly ive been trying other foods like starbucks coffee, pork, also some wraps which i ordered from restos, a few bites make me nauseous but after a mins i feel fine. Also im not having any diarrhea which im really thankful for 😩

I am not sure if its a great idea to keep continuing this or should i stick to what my surgeon told me to keep eating low fat foods.

Question for the girls!!

Has anyone experienced any pain like dysmenorrhea(like cramping)? I have pcos and im actually due to see my OB. Its my 14th day after surgery and i experienced intense cramps like for 2 days below my pelvic and around my belly button, although the incision doesnt hurt, i actually feel great walking around except bending down.

I tried chatgpt and said some food causes cramps, but in the same time i had a few days where i have small blood spotting(black)

I dont have any problem with vomiting or anything, just really this cramping!! It only goes away when i drink buscupan venus (which my OB prescribed if i have intense cramping)

Had my gallbladder removed and today is my fourth day, and honestly my parents been feeding me restaurant foods(literally first meal after surgery i ate a naked burrito) but ive been limiting myself very hard since im so scared on what can go wrong.

Yesterday i ate some veggies and today some fish. I was wondering if i can eat some sushi will that be safe or should i just skip it. NGL ive been craving it so much.
