Hi everyone, I’m a 160 lb male in the U.S. and I’m trying to figure out the most affordable way to start isotretinoin/Accutane.

My acne has gotten progressively worse over the past 5 months. For the past 2 months, I’ve been taking doxycycline 50 mg, but I haven’t seen much improvement. For the past 2 weeks, I’ve also been using clindamycin + benzoyl peroxide, but my acne seems to be getting worse.

Most of my acne is inflamed and cystic-looking. It starts as a red, bug-bite-like bump, then forms yellow pus, pops, and leaves red marks. It has been spreading around my face and seriously affecting my confidence. I really need your advices!

I’m not asking for dosage advice. I’m mainly looking for honest reviews from people who have used online isotretinoin/Accutane services in the U.S.

For anyone who has used one:

  1. Which service did you use?
  2. How much did it cost per month?
  3. How did the lab work/testing process work?
  4. How were the monthly check-ins?
  5. Was the prescription process smooth?
  6. Did it feel safe and legitimate?

I’ve searched older posts, but I’m hoping to hear more recent experiences and real costs from people who actually used these services.

Thank you!
