I mean that one thing where you open a VDR and immediately think:

Yeah… this is going to be painful.”

I’ve heard others say:

- No clear folder structure

- Numbers not tying across files

- Random dumps with zero context

- Outdated data mixed with current

But I’m curious where people actually draw the line.

What’s your biggest red flag in document intelligence during diligence? The thing that makes you question everything else right away.
