Silent Drops
Honestly I feel like this post will be taken down, but is anyone tired of the games Coach is playing with these silent drops. When powder pink was restocking, I missed the drop because we were told it was gonna stock at 3 am. It stocks at 8pm. The book of answers charm was originally supposed to drop in June. Then they said April. I contacted customer service almost every other day and got different answers everytime. One customer service rep assuring me that it was gonna drop in April. Then it changed to May. Then this morning it’s sold out. Then it randomly drops around 11:00 ish and sells out in minutes.
Like how are you guys dealing with this? I even got an SA and they were confused and couldn’t help (which is totally not their fault, they’re an absolute sweetheart) but I don’t think I can do this anymore. I love coach so much, but this is draining and even complaining about it makes me feel like I’m doing too much. But wow… this is awful.
