I`ve got an exam on monday, which im decently prepared to, but ofc could be better. Ive got a big ass word doc where ive written down all of my exam notes (which im not allowed to bring to the exam). Ive been writing in it for about a week, i feel like ive learned some of it, BUT im not a big learner by reading.

Any ideas for how i can memorise it, ive tried AI podcasts, but cant seem to find any that are good (atleast for free). Or just any tips would be much appreciated, if its to any help im studying education psychology, with history aspects and sociology aspects (i guess, its not in english, idk if its the correct translation :p)
