Hi, I am a 25M, around 5’8” (173 cm), about 70 kg. I don’t smoke, and I’m not currently on any medications.
No major medical issues that I know of. I’ve generally been pretty healthy.
For the past 2–3 months, I’ve been feeling tired most days even though I get around 7–8 hours of sleep. The fatigue isn’t extreme, but it’s noticeable—I feel low on energy during the day and sometimes a bit mentally foggy.
There’s no specific location since it’s more of an overall fatigue. I haven’t had any major changes in diet, routine, or stress levels that I can think of.
Sleep seems normal (I fall asleep fine and stay asleep), but I just don’t feel fully rested.
I’m not sure if this is something normal or if it’s worth getting checked out. Just wanted to get some opinions on whether this could be something minor or if I should see a doctor.
