Just played Shen. Took Triggered Inferno. Auto attacking different champions doesn't build style, apparently, and E has a massive cooldown. You'd need like capped ability haste to proc it with this guy. Idk who else can't proc it, but it seems strange to offer it to those who can't use it?

EDIT: From this thread, I've learned that there's a lot of people dissatisfied with this augment in general. Which for some reason doesn't surprise me.
