Scandinavian sleep method - recommendations

My husband and I have been struggling with sleep temps for years. He runs cold, but generates heat like a damn radiator, whereas I run hot and only really can sleep in a room that’s 68F or lower. We’ve been looking at the Scandinavian sleep method (different bedding on one bed) for years now and now that I’m pregnant with our first, I’m running hotter at night than normal.

Do yall have any recommendations of products that yall used/purchased for the Scandinavian sleep method if you and your partner have different sleep preferences? I’ve looked at places like Brooklinen and Cozy Earth, but just haven’t pulled the trigger yet.

So when I was 12/13 wks (now 23 wks) I bought two pairs of maternity jeans from H&M with a full panel on both. I loved them until recently. The full panel supports my belly, but where the cotton panel meets the denim, it digs into my pelvis and causes SO much pain. Baby boy has decided to build camp in my lower abdomen and pelvis, so I'm already feeling a lot of pressure there and the denim digging into that area definitely does not help.

I prefer to wear jeans over leggings most of the time, so on top of already hating how I look physically, I can't even try to make myself feel prettier by dressing how I normally do while not pregnant because it just hurts. I just want to feel normal again, but the only comfortable things I own right now are just some dresses, leggings, and overalls, none of which I wear on a day-to-day basis. Any recs for cute, stretchy, comfortable jeans that aren't like $200 and won't cut into me?
