First let me say I've been seeing a therapist for chronic illness depression for almost 6 months now. I've been having issues with SVT for about a year now, I don't react well to medication because my resting HR is in the low 40s. The goal was to do an exploratory procedure and ablate what was causing my SVT, but they found nothing. I thought I was handling it well until this morning where I just couldn't keep it together. I'm sobbing and feel so trapped. I usually work a manual labor job but it's too dangerous with the sudden spikes and drops in my HR and all Drs keeping telling me is "everything is fine and it's probably the result of long covid"…don't you need to have covid to have long covid? I can't tell you how many times I was tested and it came back negative every single time.

I'm crashing out over having to start treatment all over and therapy hasn't been helping
