What's your stupidest cooking habit?
What's the stupidest thing you do over and over again while cooking that is never in a recipe? Not something you did one time because you were out of something or not measuring vanilla.
The only alcohol I usually have on hand is a bottle of tequila I've been working on for years. So 90% of the time if a recipe calls for some wine or liquor, it's getting tequila instead. This works fine...most of the time
Edit: I am asking about things you do on purpose not routine mishaps. I am loving reading about the mishaps though
