Hello, my name is Ore and I have a sublease available off campus for Rutgers students! I am going to be away for the summer and I am looking for someone to sublease my fully furnished apartment that is 5 bedroom, 5bathroom. You would have a private bedroom (Fullham E3- Bedroom C) with a closet and private bathroom at The Standard from June 1st to July 31st, 2026! Details:

• Rent: $1,226 per month (includes cable and WiFi)
• Furnishings: Bed, couch, television, under bed storage with two pull out drawers, desk, and chair
• Features: Stainless Steel Kitchen, bathroom, in unit washer & dryer, and closet
• Amenities: Gym, Computer Lab, Sauna, Group Study Rooms, and Business Center, Lounge and outdoor patio with fireplace.
• Location: 90 New st New Brunswick. The apartment is in downtown New Brunswick and is about a 15 minute walk to either the College Avenue or Cook/Douglass campuses. There is the Rutgers bus stop (EE) located next to the building as well.
