The reason i came to this conclusion stems from my research into the cyberpunk 2077 news channels and i realised one show airing named “info flash”. A satirical news show featured on television screens hosted by the highly cynical and aggressive Ruth Dzeng. She fakes criticising the government and corporations and making every serious and or important subjects and making people take them less seriously by softening the blows of every critique with a joke hence i think “Amaraas weekly show” is a government plant. Those are my thoughts and opinions im not trying to change your opinions if you enjoy it keep watching just be mindful of what you watch.
