Question for the pros. I'm considering buying this house, but when I peaked into the attic I noticed this bracing/truss (??) that has been cut to allow for additional attic storage and access. Is this indeed a truss? And if so, I'm guessing this is bad?? Hip roof. Thank you so much guys! Sincerely. 🙏
