Help! The nightmare of planning shifts in a small restaurant
Hi, I run a restaurant in Sant Joan Despí with 26 employees across all positions. I use an Excel sheet to plan the shifts, but it's a nightmare every time I have to make changes, then send everything over WhatsApp, plus the absences that just happen out of nowhere. Does anyone handle this differently? How do you do it? And how do you communicate the schedule to your employees?
