I am a physician with no background in coding planning to set-up my own clinic. For the past week, I have been trying to figure out how to utilize openemr via docker as self-hosted by asking CHATGPT. I was able to customize some of the forms and prescription templates(I was not able to put png on the medical referral forms though). But the excessive features(billing, reports, insurance,etc), and old-style UI as well as apperance of {{}} on some the UI clickables that I don't know how to resolve, makes me want to learn how to make system of my own.

I am hoping to get some suggestions on tools to use. I plan to avail premium LLM AI for it to teach me how do this. Maybe anyone can point me in the right apps to use for convenience in mind?

I have nas at home, so I plan to access my EMR via Tailscale
there is no HIPAA in my country. but I understand the importance of data privacy so the minimal setup would be appreciated
