Looking for some advice from the hivemind.

My wife and I moved into our London flat six months ago, knowing it would go on the market by spring. The landlord has been pretty transparent and communicative etc so there's no ill will there. What's irking me is this: the flat came unfurnished, and we've spent quite a lot of money decorating (including stuff you might consider beyond basic furnishing e.g. putting up blinds and curtains). Unsurprisingly, the landlord now wants to take new photos for the sale listing, which will obviously look a whole lot better now that we've decorated it for them.

My question is, should I comply? Or should I ask them to use the original photos from before we moved in, claiming we feel uncomfortable having the contents of our home advertised online?

*For further context - we offered to buy the flat, but the landlord is looking for way above what we can afford (and, as far as we can tell, above current going rates...) So, just makes it a bit more galling that we'll be helping them with the sale!

My gut says probably comply, as much as it pains me. But any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
