Property managers and turnover vendors:

What are realistic current pricing ranges for “turn-ready” apartment turnover services in medium cost of living markets?

I’m specifically trying to understand market expectations for:

- standard vacant turnover cleans

- heavy turnover cleans

- trash-outs

- carpet extraction

- touch-up paint

- minor patch/repair

- overgrown patio/small exterior resets

- “one-call” turnover coordination

I’m not asking for exact bids — more trying to understand:

- what PMs are currently paying

- what vendors are charging

- and where the market starts viewing pricing as “too cheap” vs “professional/reliable.”

Would especially appreciate feedback from apartment PMs or vendors handling multi-family turns.
