Bought the last two they had after driving to the only Costco in town that had them (Phoenix all other costcos showed online order only)

I had the lady of liberty and bought it when silver was 35 an oz traded a buddy who liked it and then it jumped to 100 within the month. learned my lesson and now they‘re here to stay. I would trade one locally for a Lady Liberty if it’s as minty as mine (Phoenix Arizona)

My wife and I recently got ourselves into a little extra cash and I would like to prevent us from spending it as fast as we did the first half. (my fault not hers)

(helped sell a collection and I got 20k cash from that plus 10k in vintage Pokémon that was in the collection that I sold) We got some things that we’ve always wanted and had the best two weeks of dinner dates and living life lavishly but the last ten thousand I would like to sit in the safe and grow. I missed the big boom (sold my lady liberty at 400 before the big jump) So I’m coming as someone who had paper hands but now that I see why I should have held I’m keeping what I buy.

I plan on buying two 10 oz silver bars (I’m buying back the lady of liberty from my buddy and getting the lady of justice from Costco)and want to buy at least an oz of gold. I preferably something I can go to a shop and pick up or order from them.

My dream coin would be a 1907 St. Gaudens Golden Eagle but wanted your thoughts.

This one is sentimental since my grandfather loved these and bought me one of the replicas when I was a child from the tv and my mom sold it for a few bucks.

Apologies for the sob story / multi paragraph rant but if you were me what would you buy.

bonus points if you have a 1907 and tell me your thoughts on it

thank you everyone I will respond when I can and continue to lurk on the sidelines trying to soak up more knowledge.
