I'm deciding between Medicine and AI machine learning.

I plan to specialise in ai machine learning since I don't like pure coding, but would it be better to go for a more flexible undergrad degree (CS, or EE?) and do my masters in AI/Robotics/Machine Learning later on? Or should I go straight for AI undergraduate degree which is more niche? Also, if I choose this path I'd have to study only in China's universities and work there since they're competitive and leading in this field, so that would mean a life there.

For medicine, it'd probably be better to do MBBS locally then only go overseas. In the long run, I could still end up overseas but not as definite as me being in China if I choose AI.

Any thoughts?
